Rakhimov Nodirjon Najmiddin ugli was born in 1995 in the Bukhara region. In 2017, he graduated from the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan with a bachelor's degree in Geology, and in 2019, he completed his master's degree in Hydrogeology at the same university.
