Mavlonov Aslon Akramovich was born in 1962 in the Bukhara region. In 1984, he graduated from Tashkent State University with a degree in Hydrogeology.
He has a total work experience of 41 years, including 20 years in scientific and pedagogical activities.
Academic Degree: Doctor of Sciences (DSc) in Geological and Mineralogical Sciences.
Academic Title: Senior Research Fellow.

1984-1994 – Senior Laboratory Assistant, Engineer, Postgraduate Student, Research Fellow, and Senior Research Fellow at the HYDROINGEO Institute of the "Uzbekhydrogeology" State Hydrogeological Enterprise;
1994-1997 – Head of the Geology Department and Chief Geologist of the Western Uzbekistan Hydrogeological Expedition under the "Uzbekhydrogeology" State Hydrogeological Enterprise;
1997-2007 – Head of the Geology Department, Acting Chief Geologist, Chief Hydrogeologist, Acting Director, and Chief Hydrogeologist at the "Uzbekhydrogeology" State Hydrogeological Enterprise;
2007-2011 – Director of the "Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology" State Enterprise;

Since May 1, 2023, Mavlonov Aslon Akramovich has been serving as the Chief Scientific Advisor at the "Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology" State Institution of the University of Geological Sciences, under the Ministry of Mining and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
