Toshev Shakhriyor Doniyorovich was born in 1996 in the Bukhara Region. In 2020, he graduated from Tashkent State Technical University with a degree in Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology, and in 2022, he completed his master's degree in the same field at the University of Geological Sciences.

2016-2020: Undergraduate student at the Islam Karimov Tashkent State Technical University;
2020-2022: Master's student at the University of Geological Sciences;
2020-2023: Junior Research Fellow, 1st Category Hydrogeology Engineer, 1st Category Hydrogeologist, Research Intern, Head of the "Digital Geology and Information and Communication Technologies" Department, and Head of the "Digital Geology" Department at the State Establishment "Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology" of the University of Geological Sciences, under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Geology and Mineral Resources;

Since September 2, 2025, Toshev Shakhriyor Doniyorovich has served as the Deputy Director for Scientific Work and Innovations at the State Establishment "Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology" of the University of Geological Sciences, under the Ministry of Mining and Geological Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
