Bimurzaev Gani Amirgaliyevich was born in 1982 in the Tashkent Region. In 2004, he graduated from Tashkent State Technical University with a bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology, and in 2006, he earned a master's degree from the same university in the same field.
Total work experience: 22 years; research experience: 22 years; teaching and research activity: 8 years.
Academic Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geological and Mineralogical Sciences.
Academic Title: Senior Research Fellow.
Professional Experience:
2004-2007: Technician at the Angren Observation Station; Engineering Geologist at the Topographic and Geodetic Department of the State Service for Monitoring Hazardous Geological Processes.
2006-2007: Engineer at the Department of Hydrogeology, Engineering Geology, and Geophysical Exploration Methods, Tashkent State Technical University.
2007-2009: Category II Hydrogeologist at the Bostanlyk Observation Station of the State Service for Monitoring Hazardous Geological Processes.
2009-2012: Lecturer at the Department of Hydrogeology, Engineering Geology, and Geophysical Exploration Methods, Tashkent State Technical University.
2012-2015: Acting Chief Geologist and Deputy Head of the State Service for Monitoring Hazardous Geological Processes, under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources.
2015-2016: Acting Head and Chief Geologist of the State Service for Monitoring Hazardous Geological Processes, under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources.
2017-2019: Head of the State Service for Monitoring Hazardous Geological Processes, under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources.

Since July 26, 2024, Gani Amirgaliyevich Bimurzayev has served as the Director of the State Establishment "Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology" at the University of Geological Sciences, under the Ministry of Mining and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
