The State Institution "Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology" held its latest open dialogue in the format of a meeting titled "Leader and Youth."

At the meeting, a new youth leader for the Institute was appointed by vote. The work planned for the end of this year was also discussed in detail. Tasks were identified for taking youth outreach to a new level, supporting their research, and enhancing their competitiveness on the international stage.

This meeting was an important step in strengthening the traditions of open dialogue within the Institute's staff, enhancing the initiative of young specialists, and expanding their participation in research activities.
