On May 26, 2026, the Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology held a scientific and legal seminar on enhancing employee legal liability. The event examined the key provisions of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Limited Liability Companies," and explained the legal framework for limited liability companies, management issues, and the practical application of legal provisions in the institution's operations.

The seminar was held in the format of an open dialogue, during which participants received detailed answers to their questions and exchanged views on current legal issues. Employees were also informed about the bill adopted in its second reading by the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the fight against corruption and ensuring the inevitability of liability for corruption offenses.

Furthermore, the participants heard a speech by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the implementation of a new anti-corruption control system in 2026. Such events contribute to the enhancement of legal culture, strengthening of responsibility and the formation of principles of openness and legality in the activities of the institute.
