The Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology, a state institution, hosted a meeting between the institute's director and young scientists and researchers working at the institution. The meeting was held in an open dialogue format.

During the meeting, held in a warm and open atmosphere, issues related to the further development of young researchers' scientific potential, the creation of the necessary conditions for scientific research, support for their initiatives, and the enhancement of their scientific effectiveness were discussed.

During the dialogue, opinions and proposals were expressed on expanding opportunities for young specialists to complete internships at international research centers and leading research institutions, the development of international scientific collaboration, the acquisition of modern scientific methods and expertise, and the promotion of doctoral studies.
