On March 19 of this year, an open dialogue meeting was held at the Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology, bringing together the institute's leaders and young scientists.
During the meeting, opinions were exchanged on expanding the scientific activities of young specialists internationally and further strengthening the mentoring system at the institute. Initiatives such as expanding internship opportunities at international research centers, strengthening scientific collaboration, and updating the activities of the Young Scientists Council were also discussed.
Following the event, practical measures were identified to stimulate the creative and scientific potential of young scientists, support them, and foster an innovative environment at the institute.
