One of the greatest spring holidays, the national holiday of Navruz, was celebrated in high spirits at the University of Geological Sciences and its subordinate organizations.

Navruz dishes, including sumalak, green samsa, halva, and other traditional dishes, were served during the event. National songs and dances further enhanced the festive mood, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere among the audience.

The artistic portion of the event showcased the culture, cuisine, costumes, dances, and traditions of the Andijan region, which is home to the State University of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology. National values, personified in the stage performances, made a strong impression on the audience.

An exhibition of national dishes was also organized, where guests were treated to delicious pilaf, samsa, and other traditional dishes typical of Andijan. Participants performed in national costumes, showcasing the region's unique cultural heritage.

The Nowruz holiday has become a symbol not only of nature's renewal but also of the purification of the human soul, kindness, and unity. At the end of the event, festive spirit and warm wishes were conveyed to all participants.
